- We are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise, with tags attached.
- Merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. For online orders, the 30 days will start counting from the delivery date of items shipped to the recipient.
- All items can be directly returned in our showroom in Madison, WI.
Holiday Return Policy
For purchases made between November 15th and December 24th, we offer an extended return policy of 60 days. This allows you to enjoy your holiday shopping with peace of mind.
To start a return, you need to click the person icon at the top right of the website (next to the cart icon) > insert your email > verify your email with the code sent to it > click request return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At this moment, we do not support exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
